Goat farming
A three day training programme for people interested in starting their own goat farm is undertaken by the Department as a part of their extension activities. Practical aspects of goat training are also taught to the trainees.

Dairy farming
A three day training programme for people interested in starting their own dairy farm is undertaken by the Department as a part of their extension activities. Hands on practical training of dairy cows and buffaloes are also provided to the trainees.
