Dr. V. D. Shankhpal was graduated in 1994 and post graduated in 1997. He was appointed as House surgeon in 2000 till 2003. Then he was promoted as Assistant Professor from 2003 to 2009 and in 2009 selected as Associate Professor. He published 15 Scientific, 10 popular articles and 35 Abstract presented in conferences. He received 5 Best paper presentation awards in IAVA Conference. He attended 8 conferences
